Returns and Exchanges
- Defective or damaged products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or if we made a mistake with the variant (size, color, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs, and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to submit a claim.

- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- You will need to provide a clear description of the defect or error, and if possible, photos of the issue.

Order Corrections and Cancellations

After this time, the order will enter the production process, as all our products are made to order, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.
- Order cancellations: Due to the on-demand nature of our products, we do not offer cancellations once the first 15 minutes have passed after placing the order. After this time, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified.
Non-returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed products that have been opened after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as face masks.
